Our unit will be dedicated only for you with a
required minimum trip, including driver and
operational cost. Every day, after unloading
process, the trucks will automatically return
to designated place of loading. Charges will
be calculated per trip depending on the
truck type and destination.
We believe your operations sometimes
will need an adhoc unit to support it. In
such cases, we have an On Call Service
to support your needs. You may order
the unit one day before, so your
operational needs will always be fulfilled.
Fixed and variable service is a service
similar to pure rent. We will support your
transportation needs with our package
which includes a unit and driver as a
monthly charge, while the operational cost
will be charged to your company based on
consumption. You may choose the type of

Full-Truck-Load fleet
for multicity shipping.

period) and choose the type of vehicle yourself in accordance with your requirements.
If needed we can also provide consultation on which trucks
you should choose.

that are not desirable such as a break down or road
accident, Graha Trans has its own
workshop with
experienced mechanics who regularly check and do
routine service to each of our vehicles.
In case of a break down, our team is always ready
to serve you 24 hours to ensure that you can continue
your operations smoothly.

(customer) or internal (housekeeping

via a web-based smartphone / PC from the time
the order is sent by the customer to the invoicing
process which can be monitored

Our entire truck fleet is equipped with
a GPS tracking system which is updated in
real time to the transport management system.
Graha Transport Management System (TMS)
is a web-based application that synchronizes
GPS tracking data with customer order
booking systems.
To support the effectiveness and productivity
of services, all stakeholders are provided with
applications that can be accessed via
smartphones / PCs. TMS has been integrated
since the order is sent by the customer to the
invoicing process which can be monitored by
the customer and the housekeeping team online
with a feedback message notification.
